The politicians have been seeking the best for their electorate. The directorate EU have been trying to speak with one voice - German.
The banks are all under pressure to re-capitalise by year end, but cant borrow so need new money. Who will invest in a system that isnt working?

Its Saturday the Tenth and we have a lunar eclipse - a red moon

The Serrano Indians of California believe a lunar eclipse is the spirits of the dead trying to eat the Sun or Moon. 
So during an eclipse, the shamans and ceremonial assistants sing and dance to appease the dead spirits while everyone else shouts to try and scare the spirits away.

Thanks for that guys! Having confirmed no increase in VAT in August and second wave of austerity measure have been approved by the Cyprus Parliament increasing VAT in Cyprus to 17% from January 16th.
